That's funny - I really enjoyed Metroid Prime though the music was so integrated and atmospheric didn't notice it much at the time, but hearing them separately - you're right, it is quite good.

Indeed, the music was well done and well integrated to the point you almost didn't pay it any attention. Sadly, I never got to play Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.

The main theme of it is quite nice tho:

So's the battle against Dark Samus:

I never played the second one, either, but you're also right about the music from that one.  It's amazing how it has its own unique sound where you can instantly tell it's from one of the newer Metroids and not from anything else.. If that makes sense.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Arcade) - Technodrome

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Arcade Game (NES) -  Technodrome

It's funny both are the same theme and both sound cool and yet different in their own way. Probably my favorite theme from that game, though the soundtrack is awesome all the way through.

A modern version of the Ninja Gaiden one, it's looped to play for like 31 minutes tho... so it might get old fast...

This is still my personal favorite:

Transylvania - Ducktales: Remastered Music Extended:

Course I also liked the Moon as well...

Moon - Ducktales: Remastered Music Extended:

 The originals weren't bad either:

NES Ducktales - Moon:

NES Ducktales - Transylvania:

Here's a plug to all us old Castlevania players:

Makes me wanna fire up my Wii and play some Castlevania... or fire up RetroArch and play it... xD

One more piece... From Castlevania 2 and again in Symphony of the Night:

SotN Edition:

And Castlevania 2 Edition:

I'll add these here, even though they are early versions of songs, for a game that is due to come out later this year, a game I'm really looking forward to, made by a lot of the old Rare employees, that worked on the Donkey Kong Country and Banjo-Kazooie games, among others, including the music guys, David Wise and Grant Kirkhope. The game I'm referring to is of course Yooka-Laylee, the spiritual successor to Banjo-Kazooie.

Yooka-Laylee - Jungle Challenge (Early Version) - David Wise
